What is the difference between these 2 fox shocks

one says BDS fox 2.0 Series front replacement shocks https://www.stage3motorsports.com/FO...nt-Shocks.html

this one says FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP Front Shocks https://www.stage3motorsports.com/98...5-of-Lift.html

yes I understand the second one says 0-1.5" lift.. my truck is stock height right now so both will work on it. as far as the performance, what is the difference??

which are the best ones?

They're the same, Fox owns BDS. Some say the valving is different but the valve stacks looked exactly the same to me.

I cant find the answer anywhere. there has to be a reason for the extra expense. granted, its not a lot but id like to know what im payin for.

Save the $30, they are exactly the same. Probably due to MAP pricing rules set by Fox and not by BDS.

it is official.. I heard it from the horses mouth. for future reference in case someone else asks this was their reply.

"Hello, There actually isnt much of a difference Fox owns BDS and the BDS line is their lifted/specialty line, BDS makes alot of extended length shocks that Fox does not offer. Other than that they are very similar not a difference at all ! As always feel free to call or email me directly anytime with questions or to place a order."
