neutral safety switch???

is this not where my neutral safety switch should be on my f 350 ???

Nope. The 5R110W does not have one like you think it should. It has a device that tells the PCM (See page 29-3 of the PDF)
what gear it's in and it not a normal switch that you can jumper. I have a discription somewhere. Maybe one of the other members
will post before I can dig it up.

It is a range sensor and is inside the transmission. You have to drop the pan to get to it.

I may be in over my head checking that. i have never opened a transmission before :-(

If it's a plug-in module you'll be ok. Just be prepared to get dripped on.
