On my 64 223, I noticed a short cable that is bolted to the passenger side frame, approx 8 inches or so long. It seems to be within reach of the starter. Is this supposed to be a ground cable for the starter that I arbitrarily attach it to one of the mounting bolts that it will reach?
There have been several other parts on the truck that I've completely removed so far that a previous owner unnecessarily had on here and didnt know if this might be another one of those.
