Body Mount Bushings

I'm still working on my '76 F-150 regular cab truck remotely by collecting parts and tools against the day I can get back to my dear Zelda. At some point I'll be removing the cab and eventually replacing the body mount bushings. Since I have used Energy Suspension polyurethane everywhere else, I wanted to follow suit and use their body mount bushings. They look like this:

As I look at the instructions, I see that they supply two washers for the front (radiator support) but do not supply the two pairs of steel bottom flanges. The installer is expected to salvage the originals or obtain new ones elsewhere or fabricate them. So my question is how can I obtain new bottom flange pieces or fabricate some? What do they look like? Pictures would be most welcome.

From my research, this place had about the most correct LOOKING part available. LMC has all of the parts but not sure if they are correct. Same with Dennis Carpenter.

You can buy a thick washers with proper diameter center hole and weld proper size nut to one side and sleeve on opposite side , just get proper sizes and you can make your own easy, I am going to make mine soon as I have the old ones and will make new ones ,, as there still 40 year old mounts if original an are deteriorated , mine are intact but would not reuse as there is wear on them and are to weak . You can buy new bolts and thick washers an sleeves fabricate them easy and use those poly bushings you show in picture , I got all supplies off ebay cheap enough, and own a nice mig welder ,,

Bigger one on left is body, one on right is core support. As far as I can tell, sleeve not welded to the washer, it is integral to the retainer.

Nut however is welded in a couple of places.

I got the bolts from LMC also. I painted mine also.

This discussion has been very helpful to me. I now see that LMC will sell the hardware separately. This is exactly what I was looking to do, buy the polyurethane bushings from Energy Suspension which don't come with the bolt and metal retainers and then get new hardware from another source that sells the hardware separately (LMC). Thanks so much for sharing all that good info.

What I did was order one of each, body retainer, core retainer, and all 3 bolts (because they are diff. lengths) and tried to find them from a less expensive source. (Fastenal, McMasters etc..)

I couldn't fine anything similar to the retainers, and couldn't find grade 8 shouldered bolts the proper lengths. So I just got the remaining ones from LMC also.

I don't remember seeing any at Dennis Carpenter.

Use my experience, and just get all of what you need on one order.

Unless your truck is very rusty, you should be able to save them. I found someone selling a frame, pulled them from it and restored them, so I have a set ready when it's time

I actually have a pic of bolt in bushing when body is off, thread bolt into lower bushing nut, bash on head of bolt with sledgehammer to seperate lower bushing from upper:
