if it's running allright I would clear the code and see if it pops back up in a few drive cycles. If it's running bad what are the symptoms? IE: stumbling or stalling or no start?
Afterthought?? Have you pulled and inspected the sensor plug??? See if there's oil on it. If so, new sensor and clean the pigtail with electronics cleaner or brake cleaner.
Look for frayed wires as well.
You can also start the truck if it's dry and unplug the sensor. If the idle changes. Sensor is good and something else is up.
