Opened up a new f100 aftermarket radiator surround to replace the rotted 4WD radiator support. The catalog descriptions say: “Not 4WD.”
Side by side comparison showed otherwise. Overall shape, hole sizes, locations, alignments, and cutouts, appear to match the OEM 4WD surround.
I don’t recognize any significant assembly differences.
There seems to be a slight difference in gauge thickness too; close but slightly thinner. The reproduction thickness is about .002 thinner using a mic.
FYI for those that need to replace their 4WD radiator support.
