Body mount sleeves

looking for places to buy or how to make the metal sleeves that the cab body bolts go through. I am replacing the bushing and the sleeves are rusted out. I am working on a 1994 f-150 4x4

Yes it is on 1994 f150 and I do not have a pic they are all bad. It is the sleeve that the body mount blot goes through when is goes through the body rubber bushings

If you can't find them try and see if pipe or conduit will fit. If you have to cut them to length be sure to use a tubing cutter so the ends are square.
