Got a 95 f150 with the w351 just replaced the fuel filter cause it was clogged hoping it would stop the shaking/shuddering it does still nothing, now I've noticed sense I did the fuel filter the truck is running rich I'm thinking it could be my cat what is the best way to check it do I just disconnect the wire harness from the O2 sensor or just pull the O2 sensor completely off the pipe then drive it to see how it does or does anybody have any other ideas why I could be running rich or why the truck shakes when I drive I think it could also be my tranny but I've changed the ignition control module the ignition coil the spark plugs and wires with the rotar and cap

Pulling the O2 sensor will only make it run richer. You need to run codes to see what the computer will tell us that it's doing for proper diagnosis.
Your cat has NOTHING to do with fuel mixture control. How do you know it's running rich? Smell? Plug condition? Codes?
How do you know you're getting too much fuel pressure? Air/fuel ratio is controlled by injector pulse width, fuel pressure should remain relatively constant except under high loads when it should INCREASE due to the FPR closing down the return.
Sounds like you need to slow down and do some research, as well as consider the advice given here, before jumping all over the truck replacing parts and jumping all over this forum starting threads.
Noticed the fuel pressure was high when I changed the fuel filter and it started burning through gas like crazy and yes I smell gas out of the tail pipe really strong and check engine light is not coming on throwing codes yes it works cause it use to come on before it's just a pain having to get a obd1 scanner

Did you pull the 02 sensor or disconnect it like you said you were?
$25 or so for an OBDI scanner will probably save you more than that in unnecessary parts, not to mention the aggravation in chasing gremlins based on guesswork.
The OBD stands for On board diagnostics. It will point you in the right direction, you still have to solve the problem.
Fuel pressure gauge, about $20, is almost as necessary.
It will be the best $50 you ever spent if you plan on keeping and driving this truck
Also, just because the check engine light isn't coming on, doesn't mean there aren't any codes stored.
