codes 171/172
My 93 f150 300 is throwing 171/172 combo. fuel system at adaptive limits system indicates lean. The truck runs extremely well. No stumbling, missing, or hesitation. The exhaust smells pretty rich when running and my fuel mileage is very poor 10-11 mpg. What could be the cause of this. I just recently got the truck back running well. The things i've put on it so far in no particular order; fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, air filter, injectors, dist. cap, plugs, plug wires, coil, O2 sensor. The reason it was running so poorly before was due to a bad fuel pump, pressure reg. and one bad injector. After i replaced them it has been running fine, just throwing these codes. Any help is appreciated.
