Blind Spot Alert Not Working
Any members here have the Blind Spot alert system on their truck that has stopped working and if so, what was the "fix". The Blind Spot Alert feature on my new 19 F250 is not working even though they are indicated as being on in the instrument cluster settings. Before I have to make an appointment and take it my dealer's service department (40 miles away), I thought I'd ask around here to learn if any other members have encountered a similar issue.

No towing (ever), new truck. 2-weeks old. Trailer settings in display indicate No Trailer and the BLIS is checked, indicating its on but I get no notifications in the side view mirrors when vehicles are approaching or along side. Starting to think its a fault and will need to go back to the dealer to have them problem solve it.

OK, so not a trailer thing then. Have you tried them at night? Sometimes in the daylight I really have to look for that amber light, it's not as obvious as I think it should have been, probably because it's on the far outside edge of the mirror. If you have and it's definitely not on, then yeah, bring it back to the dealer.
