Hey my 1996 f350cc works great!
But when i start the car my abs light goes black as it shoud but when i driven like 100meters it comes on and stays on. Ive changed the abs sensor for a new one but no different... Ive tried grounding out the abs tester with no result.. Dont know What to do anymore
Most likely bad bearings in the rear end.
The RABS module is not on the drivers side frame.
It is located behind the Right Hand side of the I/P, behind glove compartment.

Out of curiosity, how would bearings trigger it? I'm also getting the simultaneous brake/ABS lights on my '94, despite swapping out the differential sensor. The problem occurs randomly with often no interaction with the brakes.

I found out that just a little bit of sanding around wher the speed sensor sits and cleaning the anti seize awey from the sensor made it good again.
I mean if u take a millimeter awey from the sensor it gets close to the ring gear and mine went working again

Sounds more like you have a problem at the master cylinder.
But answer your question with worn bearing in the rear end as the oil gets warmer and thinner the tone ring can open the gap to the VSS.

Thanks for the info.

With nearly 300K on the truck and the original rear end, I hadn't thought of checking that. Thanks.
