No Power at OBD II or 12vdc power point on the back of the center console. All Fuses are good. I cant figure out where the problem is. No power at relay under hood either. Anyone else have this problem?
look in your book for the fuse that controls the cigarette lighter ( 12 v plug)... pull it and look close. I know the older trucks had that fuse also supply the OBD2 port.
I checked all the fuses visually and with test light. The only one that doesn't work is 72 relay
