I’ve brought in once while it was happening and they reload update and say it didn’t load right I guess I got to bring it in again. Not sure if they’ll do anything if it’s not happening at the time?

More than likely, they’ll have to replace the APIM and yes, it will have to be ordered.
I’m still waiting on mine that has been on order since October 2018 for my 2016 F150😡

LOL.....Yes, since October and yes, I called my dealer yesterday again and they said that it`s on national backorder. I`m a patient man and it`s not going to cost me anything when it finally does show up so not really a big deal to me.
Also, and for reasons that I can`t explain, I`m using Apple CarPlay so everything works just fine but when I resort to using the stock system as well as the touch screen, that`s when all of the problems show up.
The touch screen works perfect via the Apple interface.
I just run everything and all of the different navigation and music apps such as Sirius, Pandora, Spotify, etc,etc through my iPhone and I have no problems at all but to do this, it`s best to have an unlimited data plan with ones cell provider which I do via AT&T.
Monday theyre scanning apim. And he just emailed me after I made appointment saying by the way there is a fix for radio booting to am or fm. And that they will program acm with fix at same time I’ll post back with the findings monday
