My normal diagnosis process has left me stumped and wondering if something just didn't get hooked up right.
-No Tach movement (I've tried multiple good CPS from multiple running trucks)
-WTS light works normally
-I have 0 fuel coming into the bowl, when I opened the filter, it was nearly empty, and looked like crap, so I left it out, key on, or cranking, bowl does NOT fill back up.
I have it on both a jump box, and jumped to another truck, doesn't seem to be a voltage issue.
0 codes on torque pro, torque pro connects and reads everything fine from the PCM as far as I can tell.
ICP sensor unplugged does nothing.
Any ideas what I'm missing? I'm pretty sure I got the fuel lines hooked up just as they were before- since they're different sizes and all, but that's the only thing I can think of, unless there's a physical obstruction in the lines.
Have you upgraded the pickups in the tank? If not, the screens may be clogged on them. You could always try to clear them with air, then see if bowl fills.
I inspected the fuel filter pretty closely, and it looks awful, and there's some rust on the bottom of the filter/bowl. I'm starting to think the lines are clogged, but unsure how to go about unclogging them besides maybe some air.
Got her to finally start - pickup was in fact clogged or something, applied air to the fuel line just before the pump twice, cranked for a little while, and after a bit of chugging, she's running smooth!
