Oils mixed
Hey guys, new guy here. My truck has the bullet proof oil cooler, no remote fuel filter, I just changed my oil & went with Delo 15w-40 on sale but noticed after the change the shop that did my cooler used 10w-30. I know there's a quart or two of that in the system mixed with Delo 15w-40 now. Is this a problem or should I go ahead, dump it & refill with 10w-30?

Not an issue.
For future changes I’d recommend 5w40 synthetic. More expensive, but seems to me well worth it for these motors. And usually can be found on sale around $20 a gallon. My favorite so far is Valvoline Extreme Blue.

I would just leave it along and change it out next oil change time. If your trying to clean out oil that someone put in you will likely
not get it cleaned out till after about 2 oil changes, This is do to how much oil i in the HPOP system. Its not easy to clear the clear
that out without a lot of disassembly.
So just run it as is and it will wash out in the end.
