EATC Buttons Backlights

I bought a 2004 EX and the EATC buttons do not light up, not a single one. Where could the issue be and is it repairable?

IM having the same issue on my Harley Davidson F150. Some say there is a bulb that can be replaced. In my instance, I had an old lying around that I took apart. The bulbs were odd looking and soldered in. I found a company that you send it off and they send it back really quick. Like 50$ or so but I can’t stand lights that don’t work. Hope that helps.

Was an 03 F150 but looks just the one in my 04 Excursion Limited

Lights

What did you end up doing? I’m down to 2 lights in my Harley f150 and the company doesn’t do light repair. Ones are good for now in the x but it’s the same unit
