IM having the same issue on my Harley Davidson F150. Some say there is a bulb that can be replaced. In my instance, I had an old lying around that I took apart. The bulbs were odd looking and soldered in. I found a company that you send it off and they send it back really quick. Like 50$ or so but I can’t stand lights that don’t work. Hope that helps.

I ordered some lights and will attempt to solder them in. Hopefully in a couple weeks. I will post back with pictures and hopefully a success story.
