1996 F250 second EEC?

1996 F250 second EEC?
I recently purchased a 1996 F250 with the 351 and Mazda 5-speed in it. When I was under the dash the other day I noticed what looks like an EEC module under there on the driver side, but I have the typical EEC IV on the firewall under my hood. I am just curious as to what this might be and why it is there. Thanks in advance for any light that can be shed.

Thanks for the responses. It is in fact the ZF5, I had misread some information. The connector looks identical to the 6 pin portion of the under-hood EEC-IV, but I didn't see a single pin input connector paired with it. I'll try to get pictures this evening to see if it helps anyone.
