Locate the PCM
I have just bought a B&M shift+ shift improve for my 1996 5.8 351 F150. I thought it just pluged into data link port but I have to find the PCM and connect two wires into this. The directions said easy installation but this sounds like its a bit tricky, and i dont like messing with wires. Anyone bought this product and where abouts is the PCM. Thanks, Shane.

It should be easy to find...
Do you have eev-iv or eec-v??
Anyways...it's probably going to be under the dash. Most likely under the drivers side if it's a truck.
Just look under the hood and find the 60 pin connector if it's eec-iv or the 104 pin connector if it's eec-v. On the other side of the connector (60 pin or 104 pin) is the computor.
