Need help
My son is on leave from Air Force and drove home for Christmas in his 06 f250. He just got it about a month ago, 160,000 miles, bullet proofed earlier this year. Been running good up until yesterday. He picked his grandmother up to go eat dinner and he had a longer start (7-8 sec)) it’s alwa started quick. When we go to leave restaurant it won’t start at all. IPR at 85% and ICP showing only building yo about 215. Unplugged ICP and it still wouldn’t crank. We thought IPR, so we pulled it today, the screen was off of it up in the hole but wasn’t torn or plugged up. Cleaned IPR valve put new seals and screen on got it all back together and still no start! 85% and it would get about 250 psi. Where should we go from here? He’s supposed to leave for his base Friday! Any help would be appreciated.

Probably need to air test for leaks. Quite a few posts and even videos on doing this.
The most vulnerable spots for high pressure oil leaks are the dummy plugs, the HPOP discharge STC fitting, and then the standpipes.
Could also be leaks at the injectors and even the oil rails.
Just don;t know without leak testing.
