Ok, f350 drw 6spd 6.0 driving into work truck runs great towing float trailer and I back into job site shut truck off then 5 min later need to move truck doesn’t start. I did head studs, gaskets, oil cooler, stand pipes, dummy plugs, new heads, blue spring kit and I know some more I can’t remember right now 2 years ago. Then 2500 miles ago I put new injectors in it, another oil cooler, bulletproof diesel rebuilt my ficm, stand pipes, dummy plugs again just because I was there. So back to no start, Icp was 85% and only building 160psi hpo I unhooked icp and still nothing so I changed ipr and that didn’t make a difference. Scanned truck with ids and everything is in sync, all sensors read good except low hpo. And yes truck has oil and low pressure oil. Pulled valve covers and no visible leaks so I put a new hpop. The factory one had 230400 miles on it so seemed like a reasonable thing to go out but no, just put a new one in and still no high pressure oil. What have I missed, this truck has been great for years then pulls this ****.
I don't see where you mention if the STC has been updated.
Might be time for an air test before tossing more parts at the problem......you won't see a leak, per se.
It's only reaching 160 psi.......that is a pretty good leak somewhere.
