There are lots of aftermarket vac gauges, SW made one called "motorminder" that are colorful and I think even Ford made a gauge then but it would cost a small fortune if you can find one. Short answer though is yes, should be able to find something that will look factory or near enough.
I had gauges built to replace ones in a car project to look just like the stock one if you looked fast at them.
Then if you took your time to look you would see a 160 MPH speedo and a 4 gauge in 1 that replace the 2 gauge only one.
One of the 2 far right smaller gauges is a vacuum gauge the other is a clock. They are in the same place as the Rally Gauges would be for the car.
The Tach is on the far left where the stock clock was. The 4 gauge was just fuel & temp, now has oil & volts too.
Then again the silver carbon fiber dash over lay also looks like the base line model car one but ........
