Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Spotted an animal on our scout trip tonight. Hope he is still in the area in the morning. Had a green horn tell me he shot a bear and lost it in the brush - couldn't find it. Wanted to borrow my flashlight and have me help him find the bear in the heavy pucker brush because it seemed like I had lots of experience and he didn't. He was told to come back in the morning and look for it in the day light.

Time to finish loading for the morning and get some sleep.
