OK, my truck is randomly doing the horn activates all on its own thing. I've read a bunch of threads on this subject with info all over the place, and aside from folks stating that the relay is not individually serviceable (need to replace an entire assembly), it appears that there's only the switch itself, and a clock spring. Well, my truck doesn't seem to exhibit the signs of a clock spring- my horn isn't activated by turning the wheel. Today it happened twice- once after hitting the horn, it wouldn't stop until I kept messing with the horn button, and a second time this evening the horn just went off while parked. A few months I was having issues with my horn going off while parked. Thought I had it fixed, but it's back.
I just ordered one of those Dorman horn button switches, and it'll arrive in a couple of days. has anyone used these? There's even a youtube video for installation. The threads I've found on this subject are 5-10 years old and it seems this part wasn't available then, as one thread discussed rebuilding the switch with silicone, or replacing the entire airbag as an assembly. yikes!
I had that problem in the past in a Nissan Pathfinder, turns out it was the alarm system not the horn itself. I just disconnected the alarm problem solved. Just giving you alternative directions to look, good luck. That crap gets old quick!

That is is entirely possible, too, as it does have an aftermarket alarm on it. The reason I wasn't leaning towards that is because in both instances the horn was one long continuous blast, and, due to the fact that when I tapped the horn button yesterday while driving (alarm was off), the horn stayed on. I had to pul over and keep mucking with the button until it stopped. If this new switch doesn't solve it, the unplugging the alarm is next. then the relay.
I bought this truck almost 2 years ago, and I know it's had at least two owners before me, so who knows....

‘Maybe try pulling the fuse on alarm, if the horn stops then you know. And it’s EASY! s
