Help with forscan
So i have been watching videos and stuff about Forscan. I have the spreadsheet printed out already and i'm just a little confused. I'm looking into the remote start feature. Does my 2014 F 150 5.0 already have the remote starter on it from factory and all i have to do is use Forscan to activate it and buy another set of keys with the remote start button on them or do I actually have to add a remote starter to my truck. I'm new to this site and new to this forscan stuff as well. Thanks in advance

It has it built in. You will need the keys and the antenna.

I added it to my 2014 as well.
You will need to add the antenna, a "relocation kit" (just a longer wire) and a compatible key. For me, finding a key that was programmable was the hardest part without going to the dealer.

It'll work with just FORScan and the key. If you want the extended range, you can add the antenna. If you want even further range, you can add the cable to relocate the antenna from behind the glove box to above the headliner console.
