Autos have it welded on the flexplate.

E5TZ-6384-B .. Flywheel Ring Gear - Use with A/T & M/T

1983/87 6.9L diesel & 1988 and later 7.3L diesel.

Ford doesn't use the term flexplate, all A/T's & M/T's are called flywheels.
