Speedometer reads about 2x too fast.

Speedometer reads about 2x too fast.
I pulled my instrument cluster to install my new HVAC ducting. After I reinstalled the cluster, the speedo now reads about twice as fast as I'm going. I didn't change the cable or drive gear. I only popped it off the back of the speedo and back on when I was done. What did I do wrong?

If it had to guess it got knocked out of alignment and the piece the cable spins is touching or nearly touching the piece the needle is attached to and causing it to read high
Couldn't say how to fix it but that would be my guess
