I've got a 1999 f350 with a 7.3... we are having problems with the brakes pulsating and it also does it when you are trying to turn at slow speeds....already replaced brake rotors and pads...rubber lines going to calipers....all fluids are full....starting to lean towards power steering pump or hydroboost....hoping for some instight before I start throwing parts I don't need at it

Have you tried bleeding your power steering system? It aids in the power brake system and I would think if it had air in there it could cause problems. If it’s really pulsating at slow speeds maybe your power steering pump is getting weak and it’s to much work for the pump. Does it steer pretty easy? Or is it hard?
At slow speeds it's hard to steer...sitting still it's nearly impossible
Sounds like your power steering pump is shot. Mine was similar without the brake problem. I could hear it groaning whenever you would try to steer and it would be harder when you were stopped or going real slow. Probably best to replace it and flush it at the same time to get rid of all the junk in the system. In my opinion. If you get a new pump make sure the shaft is the same size as the pulley hole. Mine wasn’t and broke my serpentine belt.....
