I re-soldered my instrument cluster relay and it worked, but I've had a couple occasions where I can hear it rapidly clicking and I noticed my climate control flickering with the clicks. What's odd is that it did it a few times one, or maybe two days, and otherwise seems fine. Before reading about the re-soldering trick it I'd installed a "by-pass" relay at the fuse/relay box to power everything with the key on. After soldering I disconnected it but left everything in place as a back-up just in case.

When it initially failed I lost interior lights, hood light, windows, and climate control. Maybe other stuff I didn't notice. I had no radio at the time so no clue on that.

Ya, initially I was all for a bypass of some sort, but it's my wife's driver and I'm not home a lot. So I figured getting the circuit working like it's supposed to would be the best bet.

Any thoughts on why pin 85 on the adr would be reading only 3 volts? My truck was stolen and when it was found windows and radio did not work. Any help would be awesome!
