Burning oil smell

so i changed the oil last weekend and ever since then, Ive got a burning oil smell coming from the drivers side of the truck after i park it from being driven. Ive check the EGR tube and nut, ive checked the DPFE sensor with the 2 rubber hose coming off of it.......Ive run out of ideas. Ive run the truck and i can hover over the top of it and smell it, but ant locate it.....any advice?

Oil is dropping on the exhaust manifold.
Check out the valve cover for leaking.
Get under and look up.

Double check your oil filter. You wouldn't be the first to forget about the rubber seal sticking to the engine from the old filter... Causes a nasty leak.
