No bad weather, I think he just woke up and didn't want to be in bed alone.I just interviewed for the service manager job with my boss, he wants me but his boss wants to meet me first. I'm 99 percent sure I got it in the bag!!

I am sure it is just a formality.
I have watched Monsters Inc but I didn't catch the connection.
Changed the oil in lightning. I also put some on new wiper blades, rain-x on the windshield and cleaned the K&N air filter. Putting the new u-joints in the Suburban today.
Drained the water in motorhome, fixing to blow the lines and have to get some anti-freeze in the water tank and lines for extra protection.
Have to work quickly since there is not much sunlight left.

I monsters Inc the cloest or under the bed is where hid and had theur secret access. Glad you got a bunch done. Wish I could say the same . Drove out to put the tractor back together. We were ready to roll it together and could not shift it to neutral. We took it back apart several times. There must be a special trick to getting tne shifter fork rod to line up. We get the fork on the shaft and the sychornizer, but the flats for the detent ball and spring or not where they should be.

would do this if LS made them avaible all I have is the parts breakdown

I took it out for a test drive after I got done and it rode super smooth, must have been going out for a while.
I blew out all the water lines with air now I'm heading out to put the antifreeze in and run it thru the lines. The first hard winter freeze snuck up on me. I was trying to get as much done as I could today so I would not have to rush out into the cold tomorrow morning.

Today is Veterans Day. It kinda ironic that we say happy Veterans day when it one of the most somber holiday we have with Memorial day being the other. One this day please remember thos who paid the ultimate price. Pray for those future Veterans that are still in crap hole crap hole countries. Ok make sure go get your free meal some where.

We are going on a long weekend to Disney World in March because I always said we would go back to get little man's first hair cut there. Decided to stay at Shades of Green instead of taking the motorhome. The price is comparable, it's on property and can ride the monorail back to the Hotel. We took down little mans crib and set up his toddler bed yesterday so when he woke up a 1 AM can you guess where he ended up?
He is daddys boy on the weekends, we did some christmas shopping yesterday and he would not let my wife push the buggy or put him in his car seat or anything.
Get promoted to service manager this week!! November has been a great month for us.

He is going to hire another mechanic to take my place since I'm moving up. He has no problem finding mechanics.
His hair is really not that long, he had almost none this time last year, it's getting a little long in the back but not real bad yet. It will be me, the wife and little man, since our daughter just started her new job.
We had frost yesterday and it was below freeing but not super bad.

You will have to look at the John Deere website to find what you are looking for since I have been working on 5 and 6 series tractors. A 2 or 3 series tractor is probibly what you are looking for.

I asked my boss yesterday when we were going to have the meeting with the regional manager to find out if I get the service manager job. He said don't worry about it. I had the job but it could not be official until I meet with the regional manager early next week. He was just fixing to start calling people to hire a mechanic to take my place. So....

Hi I'm Stephen,
I'm your John Deere service manager for AG-Pro in Rome GA!!!!

It's FriYAY!!
I am not counting on him coming. I would love to have him but it would be a bad move since he only needs 2 more years before he can get a retirement.
I did pre-delivery on tractors all day yesterday. The shop heaters work so good, not freezing all day like I did at Yancey.
