Broke EBP Sensor Stem

Please help! I broke the EBP sensor stem in the mounting bracket. I cannot get the stem out of the bracket, so air is escaping, and I can't plug it.

I have been trying to find a replacement bracket, but I cannot find the part or the part number online. Does any know the part number and/or where I can find the bracket? I'm open to other solutions, too.

I managed to remove my bracket for reference, and I've attached a picture.

2004 F350 6.0

Thank you!

They have the bracket at Autonation in white bear lake. I picked one up when I replaced our EBP sensor and tubing. Did you try putting a torch to it and then an easy out?

Soak it real good in cutting oil or Krilloil , make sure you do the tube nuts too , let sit for a couple hours , then remove the tube, so no debris fall in , drill a three hole punch out with flat heavy screw driver , while the flat head ( standard ) is in ,take a crescent wrench on the metal and use to unthread , tight right loose left, clean out the port and reinstall sensor and bracket.

If you have it good and hot when you apply the Kroil the temp shock will help pull the oil into the spaces.

Talking Part Number

Thank you, everyone. You guys are lifesavers. I was able to find the part by calling Autonation. Apparently, it's discontinued. Here's the part number, in case someone else needs it.

@xcrsp440 Thank you! I couldn't find it on their site, so I called this morning, and they have it. It's on its way. Ford discontinued making it, and there aren't many out there based on a google search of the part number.

Did you just order the bracket of all of it from the manifold up?
With the 2006 I don't have the bracket that you have but I do have the little thread in fitting at the manifold.
So when I ordered the parts I got that and a new line just in case I have any issues removing the tube for
any repair work of just for cleaning the stupid thing.

Just a bracket plate this time. I already had a new sensor, the pigtail's electrical is good, and the tube is clean and still attached to the manifold. The tube and sensors are pretty easy to find, fortunately. That darn plate, though, is only for the 04, and they no longer make them. They don't even show up on google or supplier site searches unless you have the part number.

Might want to use a small brush and apply a bit of anti-seize to the threads.

Just an FYI, upto early 2005 use the thermostat style mount.
. You could of ordered the new line and bracket to update it to the later mount. It would then mount off the FICM bracket if I remember right so all you would have to do is drill one hole.

edit: This is the best pic I could find of the newest design.

Don't know if the harness would reach over that far.
