3. Cab Lights.. looking from the front of the truck, the lower part of the lights (black base) looks to be elevated up off the roof of the truck by a small amount. Is this normal or should they be seated down on the roof?
Thanks
Yes, this is normal. They actually are seated down on the roof but there is a lip around the edges that give them the appearance of 'floating' on the back, depending on the angle you view them from. Pics below.
It's apparent the GAWR involves much more than just springs. The codes on mine are - DDDD (5600 lb) and ULC (9900 lb). I do not have snow plow prep.
I don’t know what “ULC” on the label means, but I seriously doubt its a spring code. If your spring code is “DDDD”, then the first DD is the code For the front springs, and the second DD is the code for the rear springs.
You’re right that GAWR is determined by more than just the springs. Generally, the GAWR is determined by the “weakest link” in the combination of the individual ratings for the axle, the springs, the tires, and the wheels.

Here's mine. I have the combined snowplow/camper package and about the most cargo capacity you could hope for in an F350, so why do my springs show "CCDD"?
My FordPass app informs me of the current temperature and weather. I also have a Field Service Alert concerning Door Latch Freezing Concerns. It offers to "Find things to do" or "Find coffee nearby". I do occasionally use the "Find fuel stations" function, though GasBuddy is my goto app for fuel. I thought the "Vehicle Health Report" would be handy, but by the time I received it the report was far from accurate.
All in all, it has proven to be pretty worthless.
Isnt the ability to remote start your truck part of the fordpass app?

Thanks Alaskan Warbird for the pics and the info. Thats basically what they looked like, not having them before had me concerned if they were installed right.
I believe the snow plow prep selects the 5990 front springs, and the heavy service package gives you 1 spring higher then what would have been speced out for that trucks configuration. That is at least the way it worked for 2018’s. Maybe they changed it for 2019 F250’s . I have a ccsb srw f350 6.2 gas with plow prep 5990 front springs

Must be 5600 for F250 and 5990 for the F350 with the 6.2 and snow plow prep ?
According to the 2018 spec sheet I'm looking at the only way an F-250 can get a front GAWR of 5990 is with the 6.7L, 4x4 and Snow Plow Prep. The exception to that is if you get the 176" wheelbase, which gives you 5990 for either engine when the Snow Plow Prep and 4x4 are added.
