Hmm, that's a hard one, not sure at that height. I've only had personal experience with some 2.5 and 4/4.5 inch springs. That 1.5" spring has a couple good reviews from members here. Most compliant would probably be the 5200lbs spring from the OEM.
You could always call up Eibach or Betts and see if they'd run you a single coil. I know Betts has a short production run department.

Yes an adjustable TB or bracket will re-align the axle. I would go with the adjuatable bracket so you can dial it in correctly. Most of the TB brackets have a lift range so it wont be perfect. Just a thought.
