It's hard to tell from the pictures, but is the right rear most section of the lower (XLT) plastic quarter panel cladding behind the passenger side rear tire damaged on that EX? Mine melted due to a failed exhaust hangar and tailpipe contact while towing and I haven't had any local luck finding a replacement.

The seat belts are seem to be unique to the Excursion middle row. I had to replace the driver side and middle, i checked every explorer/expedition/extensded cab and crew cab I saw from 2000-2008.
