Ooh! I do need a couple small things - okay if I send you pics of what I need? Basically, just one of the doors for the overhead console and a second-row seatbelt from the larger side of a 60/40 (the lap belt for the middle seat).

Super big props for offering! A public service to the FTE community!

I wonder if it would be the same assembly in an F-series crew/extended cab - or maybe an Expedition/Explorer? Or at least adaptable to work.

I'll send a pic of the console today - many thanks!

I've been casually looking for a replacement center lap belt for over a year, the plastic housing was there under the seat but no belt. Needed it a couple weekends ago to make a trip to Williams Brice with a full load of fans. Put my good glasses on and looked with a flashlight inside the plastic housing and saw a silver buckle tip down in there. A bent coat hanger and some patience wiggled it out. Works like new.

So THAT explains it!

I actually have my seatbelt, but the previous owner wrapped it in electrical tape... I thought he did that because it was frayed or nasty or missing a plastic piece - nope, he did it to keep it from disappearing!

Nice find!!!

I could use the rear view mirror, condition of the mirror and housing don't matter as long as the mount from the mirror to the windshield lug is good. There's a hole on the windshield mount side to stick a small tool in (small allen wrench works) and it releases a spring so you can pull upward and off the glass mount (which I don't need).

Here are pics of the little door I need from the overhead console, if it has the same style. My guess is you'll have to remove the entire thing from the roof to get at the door, there's a screw at the very front (behind the trip computer, IIRC) that has to be removed and then the entire thing hinges downward. The black hole in the first pic is where the door goes, the second one is of the inside of the door (note the broken off hinges). I may have to try to repair this one if I can't find a good replacement...

Again, many thanks for your offer!

I guess that's a "high fail" little door - thanks for checking. Looking at the broken one I have some more today, it won't be impossible to repair it.

Unless it's really cheap - like $5 - $10 - the mirror alone probably isn't worth it. It should only cost ~$10 to ship, so if you can make it happen for $20 all in, I'd be grateful. If they want $35 or something silly, forget it and thanks for the offer.

Lots of stuff there that people will be needing as these trucks age... I hate to see them get crushed with good parts still on them. Owning a junkyard would be cool. Oh, wait, I kind of already have one...

Thanks, man!

Go for the Excursion only parts like the rear glass, barn doors, hatch, rear doors, ect.

as a matter of fact, see the “New User” post on the front page, the guy is looking for the rear door dog legs. ( part of the rear door rocker panel body work ) A cordless hacksaw is the easiest way to get them and I’d think they are worth a good bit since they are not avaialbe aftermarket but are often needed for rust repair.
