The point was, if you are going to cryoing one part to be more durable then cryo them all. Block, crank, rods, pistons, wrist pins, valves, valve seats, heads, rocker arms.
A better way to think of it is what part don’t you want to be more durable ? Then leave those parts back at the shop when you make the trip to the cryo freezer, take everything else with you.
