Leaf Spring/Finding Capacity?

On a 2003 F-250, 5.4, 4-door, long box.

Looking to replace my worn out rear leafs. But wondering what my current leafs capacity is? How do I or where do I look for this info?

Found this site, seem to have some good info & good prices.
https://www.generalspringkc.com/Leaf...007_s/1871.htm

Thank you!

On the drivers door jamb there should be a factory sticker that shows the VIN, GVW etc..... near the bottom of the sticker will be a Spring section with letters under it, those letters denote what "code" springs you have, with the codes we can look up the stock capacity.

Look at the door sticker, front gawr should have 4400, 5200, 5600, or 6000lb there. Personally the 4400 pound springs are the worse idea ford ever did on these trucks. Way too light for these huge work trucks, go with the 6000lb x code snow plow leaf. Myself and a ton of members have gone that way and love the setup

Man thank you! So a "TA" not the letters to the right then I'm guessing.

Never thought this would be so confusing to order the correct set.

This site https://www.sdtrucksprings.com/ford-...-code-listings
doesn't have my correct year for the code.

The sticker shows "TA" which translates to T code fronts (4400lbs capacity for the pair, 390lbs/inch, 4.34" travel) and rear A codes which I don't have any info on.
I would give @ATS Junior a call at ATS Leaf Springs and Suspension Parts by Auto and Truck Springs He should be able to provide more info and set you up with new springs that are either equal to or better than the stockers depending on your desired use. He is a site sponsor and has earned an excellent reputation around here for both high quality springs (and all needed hardware) and great customer service.
Good luck!

I second the recommendation for ATS. I have front and rear springs from them and am very happy. Junior hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for.

For door tag info you can find it all right here: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post13558807

I changed from the 6000 lb fronts to 5600 lb, the front dropped a little but it set to high anyway, rides much better.

Junior! Thank you!!!!
Thanks for answering all my questions & putting together everything I needed!

Installed one side so far.

Left strap is to hold it up so I could install into hanger. Middle is to pull spring inwards to get centering bolt centered. Right is to nudge axle forward slightly to center centering bolt.
