Welcome to FTE! Probably want to proofread and punctuate, it makes figuring out what you’re trying to ask a lot easier. I’d replace all the hoses, do an extreme flush and being an 02 you should be able to use ELC.
What he said ^^^. Also go with the Navistar water pump with built in filter from Diesel Site.
There is a procedure here: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/9...ighlight=gooch it tells you how to properly flush your system and what the best coolants to use are.
I recently did my pump at 200k but wanted the coolant system the same age so I dont have failures as various parts age. ford recommends you change the fan clutch when you replace the pump. I did a pump, thermostat, thermostat housing, fan clutch, radiator, tensioner, idler pulley, all 5 coolant hoses, ECT sensor and flush then added ELC for coolant. Entire coolant system should be good for another 200k of worry free service.
be sure to use the motorcraft thermostat and o ring gasket. The stant style gasket is leak prone in a motorcraft or navistar pump housing.
