Not sure but if I keep buying things like gauges, Hydra and other do-dads that are “necessary” to run this truck I may be able to tell you.

Good news is I started it up Sunday morning to warm up so I could get hooked up to leave and the exhaust pipe was rattling at the rear it has a broken hanger she stated that it was embarrassing and I should fix it.
I told her yep I can 4” turbo back open muffler should cover it. Almost lost two fingers in the slamming camper door!!!

Tell her to stop focusing on the negative and look at the positive... Here are a few...

- It is paid for
- It may cost money to repair and maintain, but a newer truck is $500-$1000 a month, or the bank comes to get their truck
- If it is ugly, no one will steal it
- It does a great job at making your family happy by towing the camper anywhere it needs to go
- The camper is all about location, location, location and fun at that location
- It might be noisy, but it is running and that is hard to say for a lot of other 20 year old trucks
- Seat covers might help with the sliding, what color would you like dear?
- Do-dads are not required, but sure make things a lot easier when you are headed out with the camper for fun, relaxing and making memories
- Make memories, not money

If that doesn't convince here, have her browse around for a diesel truck that she does like, then be sure she sees the price...

Most of these suggestions have been covered except the seat covers I’ll be getting on that soon the only fear I have now is that in March when licenses are due and she opens that envelope and instead of $86.00 for the F150 which she thought was outrageous is now $212.00!!!
May looking for seat covers that have matching sheets and pillow cases.
at least winter will almost be over.
