Upgraded from a ‘17 350 SRW Platinum to essentially an identical truck, but ‘18 450 today! Bought my 350 for more comfort hauling my 20’ enclosed trailer, but somewhat unexpectedly upgraded to a 40’ gooseneck toyhauler with living quarters this past spring. The 350 hauled it OK, but I was way too close to or even over my payload rating, so an upgrade to a dually was in order. The 350 had 6972 miles on it as of this afternoon, so there’s a lesson or two about depreciation to be learned there!
Anyway, the dealer was anxious to close the deal before the end of the month, and given that I had to work today, they drove over two hours to my office to make the deal happen! Very happy with how things went, and can’t wait to take the family camping this week!
Trailer is a 40’ Sundowner that I use to haul my race car, but it’ll double as a camper from time to time
No real point to this, just want to share my excitement!
Looks great! If you don’t mind me asking what did you get for your old one? I’m looking at trading my lifted 17 platinum on a 18 long bed for work and one thing I do know is these trucks don’t hold their value like my gmc trucks with the duramax.
Awesome 450! Only way I would go dually is if it were a 450. Enjoy!!
Oh, and let’s see that car!
I'll post a pic or two in a bit

Yes, considered a 350 DRW for a bit until I read all the reviews on the wide-track front end...in the limited driving I've done so far, it's been great. Makes parking so much easier

Happy with it so far - they lack presence in the motorsport world (ATC and InTech rule there) but I know they're thought highly of in the horse world.

Probably got as much as I was going to, but it was still a 25% haircut off sticker...trading within a year isn't exactly a money-maker
