Considering Changing My Stereo Out
I have a 2010 F150 Lariat, Am wanting to install a back-up camera, and nav system. I have a wood look center stack stereo. Was wondering if anyone has done this, and where, you got a wood look stereo stack. (Not sure exactly what it is called). Possibly the model number, and name of the company.
I found one on line, but had very poor reviews,
Pics would be appreciated.
Thanx

I just finished doing this on a 2012 F150 XL (very basic, no frills).
I installed an Andriod based 2 Din, 7 inch touch screen head unit.
Google Metra Dash kits, and look at their cataloge CLOSELY.
I seem to remember seeing some of the wood look fascia kits in there.
Once you have a part number, go to Amazon / EBay and see if a seller is available and price.
Also, look at the wiring kits while you are at it.
I took out my stock AM/FM to compare the plug before I ordered a harness kit.
Depending on your setup, you may need some other wiring besides
the basic power & speaker plug
There is also another supplier (Name starts with an "S") but I did not look their stuff up.
Edit: Amazon has kits from ASC and Scosche suppliers, but I did not check your particular application.
Good luck. Do your research first and it is an easy and fun upgrade to do.
