2010 f250 Keyless entry passcode?
I bought my truck in February this year 2010 f250 king ranch 4x4 6.4l. I was wondering where i could reset the code for key less entry. I heard about being able to reset it by using the original code but i cant seem to find it anywhere, any suggestions on where to look for it? or would i have to go to the dealer?

Retrieving keycode
If you don’t have your owners manual with the factory key code you may be able to retrieve it through your trucks on board diag system. This worked for my 2015, it’s worth a try in your truck.
You will need 2 sets of ignition keys. Take your main key and turn the ignition to the “on” position but do not start the truck. Wait a few seconds and most of your dash lights will go out (a couple may stay on) I forget the exact timing but it should only be a couple of seconds. Then take that key out and immediately put your other key in the ignition and do the same thing. (do not start the truck) Your “factory door code” should come up on the info center of your gauge cluster.
Just use this code to reset your door to whatever you want.
