Very true when it comes to recording video and audio.
Anyway I was talking to my tool guy today and we got to thinking that the LEOs showed a bit too fast. They were there in less that 2 minutes. Makes
you ask if they might of been chasing him. I got out of my truck and started to walk back and was dialing 911 at the same time and they were there before the
dispatcher answered. Just a little quick I think.
or was just that close to start with... some will just stop to check to see if anyones hurt... unless you had multiple show up at the same time.. then yeah there was a chase...
I had a "lady" run into the front end of my Freightliner Cascadia, I was backup to a loading dock about 75 feet off the street and she tried to tell the cops that I drove into her. I had a camera that showed the whole thing, at that point she changed her tune, and the cops tested her for DUI, she blew a 2.6. The camera took any responsibility of mine and put it all in her lap.

We had at least two right at the start and even more later on.
Jack have you watched more of the crash videos yet?
I find it shocking that so many that are just seeing an accident and then just driving off.
I would at least stop and make sure everyone is OK and can help them selves. I thing
my thought process comes from having gotten the commercial version of first aid training.
I recall something about if you can help and don't that is a violation of state law. The only
defense is if you felt that you don't have the skills.
Shawn you should see all the **** some people here in Washington have hanging from the rearview mirror.
And on top of that there are the people that leave there handicapped paring placard hanging from the
mirror also. That placard is large and in the documents you get with it they tell you to remove it when driving.
You find a very high percent that don't.
ohh we got some of them here too Sean... stuff hanging from the mirror gets a yearly vehicle inspection a fail for the same reason.. i have a tassel in the mustang.. truck has the camera... which has the screen just under the mirror...

Glad you were not hurt in the accident Sean. We can fix the truck.
The handicap parking pass hanging from the mirror while driving is a pet peeve of mine.
