Battery Location
Where would be a good place to relocate my battery? I have a 1950 F1 with a 390. Flip hood and not any extra room under the hood. Has anyone relocated their battery and where?

Is your gas tank behind the seat?.... mounted my battery inside the cab, behind the passenger side seat, I mounted the gas tank to the back. Worked out nice.

Did you mount it in a box? I was thinking about that but not sure about it in the cab with me. I don't have much room behind the seat so I might have to get a special batt.

I have the fuel tank in the rear and the battery between the seats I used a Prius battery that is sealed

I mounted my battery in the lower passenger side fender.
I hope I don't have to replace it any time soon.

I mounted mine under the cab on the right side using a drop down battery box

Mine came from the previous owner mounted in the bed. OK for now but it might go back under the hood some day.

Last night I was looking for a spot and I also came up with the spot right behind the right front fender. Thanks again for all the help.
