Cheap scanner that does ABS bleeds

I performed a Power Stop Extreem upgrade yesterday, rotors, calipers, & pads...all 4. We hooked up the scantool, did the ABS Bleed....soft pedal. Ran it again....still a bit soft. So back up the lift, OG style...took less time, but needed 2 people. My conclusion: Maybe this is fine for brake service, like pad changes?
