Problem with door locks

The drivers door unlocks with the key, but doesn't lock with the key. The problem is that the passenger door locks with the key, but doesn't unlock with the key.

have you tried the simple solution and lubed them? Hose them down inside with a light oil, then insert/remove the key several times. Next hose it down again and try turning it (gently) working it back and forth to see if you get improvement?

They work good enough for now. The drivers side turns left only, which unlocks it. The passenger side turns left only, which locks it.

I think you should go ahead and lube them now, it only takes a couple minutes. Spray some WD-40 or p'Blaster in the locks and turn the key several times until they move. If not, replacing the door locks isn't a difficult task, really.
