I lowered the rear end with the 1.5 inch aftermarket blocks and I'm here to report that it worked great and I think the truck rides a little smoother.
But the off-road screen shows me going uphill 1 degree. No big deal but will that reset itself or is there something I can do?

I dropped mine also for my fifth wheel to sit more level, No issues in 12k miles so far. I used stock ford blocks from another year truck as described in the above thread.
