Removing rear blocks?

2017 f250 has anyone removed the rear blocks? I was wondering if anyone had done it and how it worked out, if I leave that alone can I put a spacer In the front that will get the front 1/2" higher? It looks like the 2" spacers leave the rear a little higher and what is the biggest spacer I can use up front? Thanks for any replies

I swapped the stock Blocks out to 1.5" Blocks to level mine. Didn't want to level the front end as it would have put my fifth wheel nose up.

Thanks that helps I may go with the 1.5 blocks in the rear and a 1.5 coil spacer in the front which get exactly what I'm looking for.. Thanks

Before you buy the 1.5 coil spacer I would do the 1.5 block in the rear. Even though it still measures 1" high at the rear wheel well, it looks level or pretty damn close. I'm thinking by adding 1.5" to the front will look nose high. Just something to consider..

This is what your truck will look like if you only replace the rear leaf spring spacer that will lower the back-end 1.5".
