shakes when it starts.
1995 F350 Dually crew cab with 7.3 powerstroke and E4OD. Now the problem. replaced fuel pump, rebuilt IPR, R&R all under valve cover wiring on both sides including VC Gaskets. got a P2011 and P2012 code. the problem is : when it starts in runs smooth as penult butter at 600 revs, for about 8 seconds then the CEL comes on and the reves increase to about 800, and the engine sounds like it is missing. changed the IPR (No oil in it) and the ECM was sent out for rebuild. still shakes after start up and still get the P2011. seems like we are throwing parts at it and have changed everything but the valve stem on the left front tire. HELP!!!!!!

sure you got those codes right all I can find is intake manifold runner control circuit open bank 2 for p2011 and intake manifold circuit low bank 2 for p2012. quick googling and I couldn't find any information about this on a 7.3. entered the codes into AE under ford trouble codes. and looked on a list of trouble codes I had previously found for 7.3.
or are you seeing
p1211 icp higher or lower than expected while running
p1212 icp lower than inspected cranking or running
have you unplugged the icp sensor to see if it resetting to factory defaults helps any? sometimes they'll lie to the ipr and it'll command your oil pressure really low based on a false reading from icp. and did you use motorcraft on sensors/harnesses? both are well known, but still just trying to rule stuff out.
