Greetings all. Have an E350 ambulance, just completed a 10K round trip to Belize with no problems, truck would not start on 2nd day back. AE is displaying two sets of codes:
KOEO Test:
P0113 Intake air temp high
P1212 ICP Low
P1283 IPR Control Circuit
P1293/P1294 Injector High Side Open (both banks)
Codes when cranking:
P0113 Intake air temp high
P0472 Exhaust pressure low
P1212 ICP Low
P1280 ICPSensor circuit
P1396 GP Monitor fault (bank 2)
So far, replaced CPS and IDM as I had spares of both. No change. Cranking RPM 175. GP system working fine. Oil in ICP sensor connector, still no start when disconnected ( have new sensor on order). No SES light (except when ICP sensor disconn). HPOP reservoir full. Engine Oil pressure solid. Batts....all 4 fully charged. Good fuel pressure at check valve. All filters new.
There is no smoke or fuel smell while cranking.
I think that about does it for where Im sitting at this point.
I do have intake tubing off and wiring disconn, likely accounts for the P0113.
Have been searching the forum and thank everyone for all the advice that"s gotten me this far, but I am stumped as haven"t seen any combination of codes like this. Should I be looking further into the HPO system or am I looking at possible PCM probs? Thanks!
Since you have AE, get the data for ICP psi and DC% while cranking... That will tell you whether it's an oil issue or not.. You need at least 500psi to start...
In AZ. Took a look at all suggested areas there could be chafing or shorts, didn't come up with anything obvious. Will run AE scan with meters tomorrow.
Ya, rpm's need to be 200 to start. You might need a new starter, regardless if it tests good. The 0113 is confusing, pulling hard I've seen mine at 186*, I wonder how high it has to go to set a code.

Maybe a sticky ipr, these would be numbers nice to see.
